What a personal trainer costs in Apollo Beach, and what you get for it

September 7, 2026Coach Mac2 min read

Real numbers: what a session costs with me in Apollo Beach, what the monthly packs work out to, and when you should not hire a trainer at all.

Nobody publishes this. You call three gyms, you get three versions of it depends, and you end up in a room with somebody selling you a package before you know what you are buying. So here are my numbers, in public, where you can read them without talking to anyone.

The actual prices

First session is $60, and that includes the full assessment: what you want, what your week looks like, what your body has been through, and a movement screen before you touch a weight.

After that it is monthly. Once a week is $240 a month, which is four sessions at $60. Twice a week is $440, which is $55 a session. Three times a week is $600, which is $50 a session, and that is the one most people land on. Four times a week is $720, which is $45 a session.

Pay a month up front and 10 percent comes off. Pay a quarter up front and 15 percent comes off. No contract, no sign up fee, no cancellation dance.

Price is the wrong first question. The right one is how many sessions a week you can hold for six months.

Why the price per session drops as you train more

Because it gets easier for me and it works better for you. Somebody I see three times a week does not need re teaching every session. We pick up where we left off, the numbers keep climbing, and I spend my time coaching instead of reintroducing the same movement.

The person who trains once a week is paying full rate for a harder job. That is not a punishment, it is just honest.

When you should not hire me

If your budget is tight and your problem is that you do not have a plan, in person is not the right spend. Online coaching is $99 a month and gets you the plan written and rewritten around your progress, a weekly check in read and answered by me, and your macros and cardio adjusted from your real numbers.

If you have never trained at all and you want to see whether any of this is for you, take the free week first. It costs nothing and it is a real week, not a sample.

What you are actually paying for

Not the hour. You are paying for somebody who writes down every set you do, knows what you lifted last month, loads the bar for you and tells you the number to beat. That is the difference between training and working out, and it is the whole reason the price is what it is.

Bring water and shoes you can lift in. That is the whole list.
