Who we are
Foster Physique ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal information you submit through this site, fosterphysique.app. Contact: Fosterphysique@icloud.com.
What data we collect
- Contact details. Name, email, phone number when you fill out a lead, apply, or buy.
- Order details. Products purchased, prices, and the email address used at checkout (we receive these from our payment processor after a purchase).
- Coaching intake info. Fitness goals, training history, dietary preferences, and similar information you choose to share.
- Technical data. IP address, browser user agent, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics.
Why we use it
- Provide the service. Fulfil training, programs, and meal guides; schedule sessions; deliver digital materials (contract performance).
- Respond to enquiries. Reply to leads, application forms, and support questions (legitimate interest).
- Process payments. Handled by our payment processor (legal obligation / contract).
- Security and fraud prevention. Protect the site and our customers (legitimate interest).
- Marketing. We may send transactional follow-ups and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link (consent / legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
- Payment processor. Handles checkout, payments, tax, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers. Lovable (web hosting), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (edge runtime).
- Communications providers. Twilio (SMS notifications), our transactional email provider (order receipts and notifications).
- Authorities. Where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Lead and intake data: retained for as long as you remain a customer or active prospect, then deleted or anonymized within 24 months of last contact. Order records: retained for at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to certain processing, restrict processing, request data portability, withdraw consent for marketing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email Fosterphysique@icloud.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege database policies. No system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password if we ever ask you to create an account.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses only essential cookies needed to operate (session, security, checkout). We don't use third-party advertising trackers. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this notice and provide a cookie banner where required.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (hosting, payments) may store or process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
