14 day money back guarantee on digital products
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on the 4 month Fitness Program, the Tailored Meal Guide, and The Bundle. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. No questions asked.
1 on 1 personal training sessions
Individual training sessions in Apollo Beach are refundable in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, we will move your session at no charge.
Bootcamps and group sessions
Bootcamp tickets are non-refundable. If you release your spot before the session starts, the full ticket price converts to a 12 month credit you can apply to any future bootcamp. Pass sessions go back to your pass balance. If we cancel a session, paid attendees can roll their seat to the next event or receive the same 12 month credit.
Monthly memberships
Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page, in the membership section, and you keep full access through the end of the month you have already paid for. Months already started are not refunded or prorated, and we do not refund past months. If you were charged after cancelling, email us and we will put it right the same day.
How to request a refund
Email us at fosterphysiquellc@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about what you would like refunded. We process refunds directly through our payment processor.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
