Definition
The full breakdown. What it is, why it matters, how to use it.
AMRAP means 'as many reps as possible.' On a working set, you take the prescribed weight and rep it until form breaks or you cannot complete another rep. AMRAP sets are useful for testing progress, capping a training block, or finishing an exercise — but stacking them every session destroys recovery.

Question 01
Should every set be AMRAP?
No. One AMRAP at the end of an exercise is plenty; constant failure training burns out the nervous system and hurts long-term progress.
