Are the bootcamps beginner friendly?

Yes. Every session is scaled on the spot. Tell your coach it is your first one and you get the beginner version of each movement, coached rep by rep.

Do I have to pay online?

Paid sessions are reserved online so your spot is held and your pass arrives instantly. Free sessions and community events just need an RSVP.

What should I bring?

Training shoes, water and a towel. Outdoor sessions add sunscreen. Everything else is provided by the coach running it.
