First session

What a bootcamp class is actually like

One hour, a coach who knows your name by the warm up, and a room of people at every level. No contract, no membership, no test at the door. Here is the honest version of the hour so nothing surprises you.

How a session runs

  1. Reserve your spot

Pick a session, add your name, sign the waiver once. Your pass lands in your inbox right away.

  2. Walk up and scan

Show the code on your phone at check in. No line, no paperwork, no app to download.

  3. Train for the hour

Warm up, a coached block built for mixed levels, then a finisher. Every movement has an easier and a harder version.

  4. Leave with a plan

You get a short note after the session with what we worked and what to do before the next one.

Bring

Water, a towel, training shoes

Level

All levels, first timers welcome

Length

About an hour, arrive ten minutes early

Skate meet ups and community days are social dates, not coached training. No block, no clock, no training shoes needed. Open the event for what to bring.

Plans change. Release your spot from your pass any time before the session starts and it goes straight to the next person on the list. Paid sessions are refunded in full up to twenty four hours before start.

The questions everybody asks first

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Every block has an easier and a harder version and your coach gives you yours on the spot. People on their first session train next to people on their fiftieth.

How hard is it really?

You work. You are not buried. The hour is built so you finish the last round instead of quitting halfway, and nothing is scored against anyone else in the room.

What do I wear?

Training shoes, something you can sweat in, and layers you can drop. Outdoor sessions add sunscreen and a hat.

How long is a session?

About an hour. Arrive ten minutes early so you get checked in, meet your coach and warm up with the room.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. A bootcamp spot is a drop in. You pay for the session you are coming to and nothing renews.

Can I come alone?

Most people do the first time. You get partnered up during the session, which is usually how people end up coming back.
