Week focus
Jordan, here is the truth most coaches will not tell you for $27: the program you are holding is the same Block 1 I run with paying Inner Circle members. Same warmups. Same lift selection. Same tempo and rest prescriptions. Same equipment and injury logic. The only difference is duration. Treat these four weeks as the real thing. Hit every session. Hit your macros. Complete every mindset prompt. By the end of week 4 you will have a logbook, progress photos, weekly weigh ins, and a daily reflection journal. That is more data on yourself than 95 percent of lifters collect in a year. — Mac Jordan, this is your 7 day mindset roadmap. One prompt every morning before training. Read it, write the answer in your notes app, then go execute the day's session and hit your macros. This is the habit layer that makes the physical layer stick. Day 1 · Identity Day Today is not about the workout. It is about the decision. Write one sentence in your notes app finishing this prompt: 'I am the kind of person who...'. Whatever you write is the standard for the next 6 days. Day 2 · Friction Audit Take 5 minutes. Write down the 3 things that nearly stopped you from training yesterday. Now decide, in writing, what you will do tomorrow to make each of those things smaller. Discipline is engineered, not summoned. Day 3 · Boredom Test Day 3 is where most people quit. Not because it is hard. Because it is repetitive. Today, the only goal is to do the exact work on the page with zero edits, zero shortcuts, zero negotiation. Boring is the proof. Day 4 · Standards Check Look at your last 3 training logs and 3 meal logs. Score each from 1 to 10 on honesty (not effort). Anything under an 8 gets a written reason. The reason is the lesson. Day 5 · Output, Not Input Today, ignore how you feel walking into the gym. Track only outputs: did the bar move, did the macros hit, did the steps count. Feelings lie. Outputs do not. Day 6 · Earn the Rest Rest is a reward you earn with execution, not a default you take when motivation dies. Today, write down exactly what you did this week that earned you tomorrow off. Be specific. Quantities, weights, meals hit. Day 7 · Decide What Is Next You proved the system works. Tonight, while the week is still in your body, decide. Read the next step window below your roadmap, then make the call. Are you the person who tries a week and walks away, or the person who runs the full 8 Week Blueprint and changes the shape of their body. There is no neutral answer. ——— Week 4 · What Is Next Jordan, you just ran four honest weeks. Sessions logged, macros hit, numbers up. That is the hard part, and most people never get here. The next step is the 8 Week Transformation Blueprint. Same engine, scaled into a full 8 week progressive overload curve, Block 2 intensity methods, structured deload windows and a second meal block built on your new baselines. It is $79 one time, and because you paid for 4 Week Starter I will credit that back: use code PLUS27 at checkout for $27 off. Open /buy/blueprint and paste it in the promo field. — Mac
WHAT YOU GET
How it progresses. Week 1 sets the baseline, week 2 adds a set, week 3 adds load and drops a rep, week 4 tests the top set.

QUESTIONS
No. Pick dumbbells only or home gym on the intake and every barbell lift comes back as the dumbbell version.
Name it on the intake. The blocked movements are swapped for approved alternatives and the swap is written on the page so you can see what changed.
The minutes on each day are calculated from your own sets and rest. Day 1 is the shortest on purpose.
Yes, 7 rotating meal days built to your macros and your way of eating, plus the grocery list.
You either repeat it with heavier numbers or step up to The Bundle.
14 day guarantee. Open it, run it, and if it is not what I said it is, email me and I refund you.
